Do I really get free delivery if I spend over $100?
Free Delivery
Take advantage of our FREE DELIVERY! Service when you spend $100 or over (delivery must be within Singapore and sent via local registered postage). It's just another great way of you getting absolute value for money when shopping at
BeauteHive :: B-Hive. This fantastic offer includes most orders, although some items are excluded simply due to high postage costs.

How long does delivery take?
We endeavour to dispatch all paid orders received within three business day, providing all items are in stock.
In any case, there is a delay we will notify you through SMS on the earliest delivery date.
If items are not in stock, customers will be notified immediately with the option to either change or cancel the order. Orders are not be dispatched until payment is received. Customers paying via paypal, Cheque or Cash Order can expect a longer wait period as these payment methods take longer.

What is the returns/ exchange policy?
Items sent are non-returnable or exchangable unless due to wrong items received.
Please check your items when you received the mail. Send us an email to inform of the wrong items received. We will advise you to send the item back to us in original form with tags included. Worn/stained/damaged item will not be entitled for return/exchange.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment Methods BeauteHive :: B-Hive accepts the following methods of payment:
Internet Transfer - POSB/DBS/UOB (OCBC coming up soon)
ATM Transfer (Please provide us with the transfer reference and transfer date and time.)
Paypal-credit card (there is an extra charge for this service)
Cheque (Crossed-cheque. We will send out the items after the cheque has cleared.)

beautehive@gmail.com. We do our best to respond to your emails within 24 hours, except on non-business days where you may have to wait until the next business day for a response.
It is important we here from you as we also need to know what specific details customers look for, It helps us make the product descriptions on our site more detailed and exhaustive.
How do I know if the items I want are in stock?
Product availability is stated above the product description.
If the product is out of stock, we will notify on on our confirmation to you.
Will you confirm my order details?
Yes, we will send you confirmation when we received your order. So that you can be confident that we have received your order.
Will you inform me when my order is dispatched?
We will send you a dispatch email notification once the item has been sent out.

Regretfully there are many processes in product manufacturing and they are all subject to delays. We do our best to ensure all products are kept in stock at all times and to reorder efficiently when stock levels decrease. New deliveries are sent out immediately.
What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?

Regretfully we can only track registered mail. Therefore, we encourage shoppers to opt for registered mail for your shopping.
For all parcel, we will include our return address. If we do received a returned address, we will notify you immediately.

I still have not received my order?
I have not received my order, should I wait a few more days?
Although we endeavor to deliver your parcel within 3-4 working days, parcels will on occasion, not arrive as expected. Please be aware that before we can deem any parcel as missing, 7 working days must have passed from the date of dispatch. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email if you have any concerns, we will be happy to help.
